What does responsible gaming mean?

Responsible Gaming means enjoying gaming in a way where you remain fully in control. At xxx999bat, we want every user to see gaming as entertainment — not as a financial solution or a source of income.

Many people in Bangladesh are new to online gaming. Some end up betting more than they planned — caught up in the excitement or trying to win back losses — and that's where the real risk lies. xxx999bat believes that with a little awareness and the right tools, gaming can always stay enjoyable.

Please note: Gaming involves risk. Winning is great, but losing is part of the game. Never chase your losses by placing more bets.

Signs of healthy gaming

Keep the following in mind to game responsibly at xxx999bat. A healthy gamer generally follows these habits:

  • You game purely for entertainment
  • Set a budget in advance
  • Don't play beyond your set time limit
  • You stay calm and composed even when you lose
  • Spend time with family and friends
  • Your sleep, eating, or work are not affected
  • You do not feel pressured to win
  • You can stop easily whenever you need to

Warning signs — ask yourself

If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it may be time to take care. xxx999bat is always here for you:

  • Placing more bets to recover losses (Chasing Losses)
  • Hiding your gaming from family or friends
  • You are borrowing money or taking loans to fund gaming
  • You feel restless or irritable when you are not gaming
  • You are repeatedly going over your set budget
  • Gaming is affecting your work, studies, or relationships
  • You have tried to stop gaming but cannot

If you notice these signs, seek help immediately. Seeking help is not a weakness — it's an act of courage.

How to set your own limits

At xxx999bat, you can set your own limits to ensure responsible gaming. These are easily accessible from your account settings:

Financial limits

  • Daily deposit limit: Set a maximum daily deposit amount that works for you
  • Weekly limit: Set a weekly cap on your total deposits
  • Monthly limit: Set your total monthly budget in advance
  • Betting limit: Set the maximum amount you want to wager per bet

Time limit

  • Session time: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session
  • Daily time: Set a limit on your total daily gaming hours
  • Login warning: Receive automatic notifications after your set time is up

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit comes with a 24–72 hour waiting period — this is in place for your protection.

How Self-Exclusion works

If you feel you need a complete break from gaming for a while, self-exclusion is the right option for you. It's one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available on xxx999bat.

What happens during self-exclusion

  • Your account will be completely deactivated
  • Login will not be possible
  • You will not receive any promotional emails or messages
  • Opening a new account during an exclusion period is not permitted
  • Your existing balance stays safe and can be withdrawn once the exclusion period ends

Exclusion duration

  • Short-term: 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month
  • Long-term: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years
  • Permanent exclusion: for those who want to stop gaming for good

Contact our support team to apply for self-exclusion, or submit a request directly through your account settings.

Xxx999bat strictly prohibits gaming for anyone under 18. Parents can take the following steps:

  • Use parental control software on computers or mobile devices

General Questions

About responsible gaming Frequently Asked Questions

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a 24–72 hour cooling-off period. This delay is intentional — to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment.

Once the exclusion period ends, you may request to reactivate your account. However, if you chose permanent exclusion, returning is not possible. xxx999bat respects that decision.

Any balance in your account during the self-exclusion period remains completely safe. Once the exclusion period ends and your account is reactivated, you will be able to withdraw it.

No, limits can only be set or changed by the account holder themselves. If a family member has concerns, they can contact our support team and we will do our best to assist that individual.

Contact the xxx999bat support team — we will guide you toward professional help. You can also reach out to a mental health specialist or a nearby counseling center.

xxx999bat verifies age during registration and confirms identity through the KYC process. However, parents also have a responsibility — keep your devices and payment information secure.
